All amendments will be applicable immediately after they are updated on this site. You are encouraged to revisit the Terms and Conditions each time you sign up or sign in for our services and products to stay informed of any changes.


Online Account

As a registered user, you are required to log in to www.anchusilks.com using your email ID and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any order placed using your login ID will be considered as placed by you and will be processed accordingly.


Terms of Operations

www.anchusilks.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. However, any outstanding orders will be fulfilled or refunded in full.
Anchu Silks also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without stating a reason. We will not be liable for any damage or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use the site or its services.


Warranty and Liability

Anchu Silks shall not be held responsible for any damage arising from the use or misuse of the products purchased from our platform. We are not liable for any delay or failure in our performance of obligations under these Terms if caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

This site is designed, updated, and managed solely by Anchu Silks. Damaged Products

Our team performs thorough quality checks before shipping each product. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please email us at anchusilks@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement of the same or a similar product, based on availability. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.


Missed Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order three times. If the order remains undelivered and is returned to us, we will re-ship it upon your request for an additional shipping fee of ₹250.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us, re-shipment will only be done after full online payment is made, including the re-shipping charges.
